Inside, you'll find four bedrooms, three bathrooms, giving everyone their own space to unwind. Master Bedroom: Queen bed and bath, located on the second floor, Second Bedroom(1st Floor): Queen Bed, right off the kitchen and with a bath next to. Third Bedroom(2nd Floor): Full Bunk Bed, Great for the Kids. Fourth Bedroom(2nd Floor): The Traditional Day Bed, great for kids or extra family and friends with a very spacious room. Bonus Sleeping Options: A great sectional that transforms into a 2 person sleeping arrangement. The open living and dining area is warm and inviting, perfect for sharing meals, swapping stories, or simply relaxing after a day of exploring. Please respect property boundaries and be mindful of the space around you. Pet Policy: We welcome pets! There is a $15 per pet, per day fee. Pets must be on a leash when outside and are not allowed on furniture. A $300 fine will be charged for any pet mess not cleaned up, including waste in the yard or any issues with pets at the property. Smoking Policy: Absolutely no smoking or vaping anywhere on the premises. A $300 fine will be enforced for violations. Quiet Hours: Please be respectful of our peaceful setting. No loud music and quiet hours begin at 10 p.m. Parking: You may park in the driveway. If you have a trailer, driveway parking is available. Heating: The home is primarily heated by Electric. Please be mindful of Temperature! Well & Septic System: Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper to keep the system running smoothly. Water: The home runs on well water. While it is safe to use, some guests prefer to bring bottled water. Neighbor Consideration: Please ensure neighbors have a clear line of sight from their driveways and respect property boundaries. Michael's was a great place to stay. Everyone was able to have there own space and the spacious common areas were great to come together. Michael was very proactive with any needs he thought we might have needed. He also responded in a timely manner with questions that we did have. Nice house, large yard, good location. The host was very responsive, had a hornet issue and they had someone coke out immediately to fix it. Carli

Beautiful and cozy cottage! Felt right at home and loved the little town of Story and surrounding countryside. I was especially thankful for all the kids toys, games and books! What a nice treat for my kiddos. They had a blast and didn’t want to leave 😄 the only thing I would recommend to the host is to have some patio/deck chairs to sit at… luckily my folks brought some camp chairs to use outside while the weather was nice! Other than that- everything was really great and we had a wonderful time in the area! We had so much fun staying in Story for Story days. This listing had lots of room for everyone in my family. We loved playing games at the large wood table. Everything is walking distance.
