Please note that this house has been thoroughly disinfected after each guest for your comfort and safety with all CDC recommended guidelines followed strictly. Absolutely no smoking anywhere on-premises. $300 fine for any smoking/vaping on-premises. Wyo Stays Pet Policy: $15 Per Pet Per Day. Please clean up after pets and to not have pets on furniture! $300 fine for any pet mess not cleaned up after including yard. Strictly Enforced. Military discount offered upon request and with proof of Duty. No loud music, quiet time after 10 pm. Cancellation policy strictly enforced. For parking at this property you may park on the street, for 1-2 cars/trucks. If you have a trailer there is parking at the end of the block, or you may park it on the street near the home, just please be mindful of the neighbors. Very cute and clean house! Not far from town in nice, quite neighborhood. House has a strong order, so air freshener recommended. Could not open gate to take trash out, so had to walk around the block. King bed was comfy and loved the comfort of the pillows. Always nice when people leave left over non-perishable food, so pay it forward. Overall a nice place to stay! Michael’s place was spotless! One of the cleanest Airbnbs we’ve stayed in so far. Very quiet neighborhood and close to anything you might need. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking in this area. You won’t be disappointed.
